Our story
Founding partner of the Axia Investing Group, Leonardo Megale carries the tradition and expertise of the logistics industry in his DNA as the great-grandson of Lauro Megale, founder of Atlas Transportes. With a solid background in Business Administration, Leonardo built his career at large organizations, including strategic roles at Pandurata Alimentos (Casa Bauducco franchise division). A specialist in Communications and Marketing and a real estate investor, he founded the proprietary trading firm Axia Investing and has led Star Desk since its founding in 2023. His management combines the organizational rigor inherited from large corporations with the innovative vision needed to transform the financial market.
Since 2017, the Axia Investing Group has pioneered the proprietary trading segment in Brazil. Today we are a market reference, the largest and most established group in the country, with more than 20,000 traders approved at the Axia Investing and Star Desk desks.
Our purpose has always been clear: to democratize the capital markets. We created an innovative model that lets people who are passionate about trading trade without investing their own money or taking financial risks.

There’s no drawdown here
Drawdown is the decline in capital from its highest balance achieved.
Example: a trader earns $1,200.00 in profit, then loses $600.00. In this case, the drawdown is $600.00. At many firms, that alone would be enough to disqualify the trader, even though the account is still profitable. Does that make sense?
At Axia Investing, it’s different: we don’t use drawdown. In this scenario, the trader still has a $600.00 profit, because what truly matters is the net result. Now that you know this, does it still make sense to trade under drawdown rules?
Buffer?
There has never been a “buffer.” We don’t know what that is.
Trading bots and trade copiers are welcome
We accept all trading strategies, including the use of trading bots and trade copiers, as long as they operate within our parameters. High-frequency automated accounts (trades executed within seconds) are also allowed.
Passed the evaluation? Total freedom!
After you pass, you trade with no additional targets, no consistency rules, no minimum trading days required for payouts, no profit caps, and no split payments.
Trade the market open
Some firms are already restricting traders from trading the market open. Here, you have complete freedom to do what truly works for you, your style, your strategy, and your goals.
Trade the news freely
The strategy is entirely up to you, with no penalties for trading during events or news releases. Being a trader means freedom, and at the Axia Investing Group, that freedom is taken seriously.

There is no minimum points-per-trade requirement.
No mandatory trade recordings
We don’t require videos of your trading setup or your trading activity.
