1. Do I need to send proof of payment?

There is no need to send proof of payment.

Wait for confirmation from your card issuer. As soon as the payment is approved, you will receive a welcome email with all the information you need to start your journey with us.

2. I received the payment confirmation email. What is the next step?

Within 24 business hours, you will receive a second email, this time sent by our technology provider, with access to your evaluation platform or educational course.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays.

Important: if the platform is not delivered within this period after your card issuer’s confirmation, please contact one of our support channels.

3. How long does purchase approval take?

Card purchases are usually approved immediately, but this process does not depend on our company. We only receive the payment after the card issuer authorizes it.

If your purchase was not approved, we recommend contacting your card issuer directly to understand why and resolve the issue.

Your evaluation period starts as soon as your platform access details are sent by email.

If you receive your access after 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday), or on weekends and holidays, the period will start on the next business day.

Important: if you want to start your evaluation on the same day you receive your access, even after 2 p.m., you may do so.

In that case, the period will start on the day of your first access. So keep this in mind!

Contract costs are calculated as follows:

• Brazilian Futures Market: entry + exit x number of contracts.
• Brazilian Stock Market: R$ 7.50 per order + 0.0230% of the traded volume.

📌 On the platform itself, all these amounts are already deducted from the total net balance. Traders don’t need to calculate them.

🚨 Important: the Brazilian Stock Market plan includes a 5% ISS (service tax) deduction on Bovespa only. There is no such deduction on BMF.

B3 brokerage, fees and charges:

• BOVESPA: R$ 7.50 per order + 0.0230% of the volume
• DOL: R$ 8.45 per contract
• IND: R$ 2.99 per contract
• WDO: R$ 1.69 per contract
• WIN: R$ 0.59 per contract

To switch categories, the Trader must take a new evaluation exam.

Each professional may hold up to 2 evaluation accounts at Axia Investing and prepare for approval in both exams at the same time.

That means twice the chances, faster approval and a much shorter path to trading with the company’s capital.

Please note that, after approval, only 1 (ONE) contracted account is allowed per trader. If you pass both evaluations, you can choose which account to start first, while the other (second approved evaluation) stays on standby and can only be started if the first approved account is eliminated.

The Unlimited category is the only one with different parameters between the evaluation phase and the transition phase. These variable indicators were defined to assess your performance more accurately and prepare you to trade with the mindset of a professional trader.

After your approval, you will have access to a growing and unlimited number of contracts, as described in the contract growth table.

After approval you start with 25 contracts and a maximum total loss of R$ 3,000.00 in the Brazilian Futures Market, for example. As you meet the defined criteria, you can request more contracts directly in your Trader Area.

In all other categories (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Black and International Plans), the parameters stay the same; nothing changes.

Please note that if the Trader requests approval on or after the 21st of the month, all requests will only be reviewed on the first business day of the following month.
